Legends Recreated: DGL Week 6 Brings Drama to Wooden Sticks

Week 6 brought the Dream Golf League to Wooden Sticks in Uxbridge, Ontario, a course famous for its tribute holes inspired by Augusta, St. Andrews, and other icons of the game. With history echoing on every tee, players rose to the challenge and delivered memorable rounds.


In Division A, Alex led the way with a superb 72, hitting 13 greens in regulation and showing sharp ball‑striking. Terence followed with a composed 74 that included three birdies, while Nick stayed steady with a 75 and 11 GIRs. Julian impressed with a 76, carding four birdies, and Mitch added a strong 77. Brad and Carlos each posted 79s, keeping the division tightly packed.


In Division B, Mitch stood out again with a 77, highlighted by three birdies and six greens in regulation. Vince and Chris matched solid play with scores of 82 and 83, while Bjorn and Brenden stayed competitive in the mid‑80s. The division remains tight, but Mitch’s round was the clear highlight.


In Division C, the week’s best scores came from Ryan T (82) and Jeff (86), both showing resilience on Wooden Sticks’ demanding tribute holes. Ryan A (91) and Richie (92) battled through tougher rounds, while Jeffer, Josh, and Matt C finished in the low‑ to mid‑90s. The division leader Richie still holds the edge overall, but Ryan T and Jeff’s performances this week were the standouts.


In Division D, with Ed, JB, and Sonny absent, the spotlight shifted to those who stepped up. Jean Luc delivered the division’s best with a composed 83, hitting four greens and seven fairways. Corey followed with a solid 90, while Michelle posted a 100. Marc and Conner struggled with 105s, leaving Jean Luc as the clear anchor performance of the week.


Wooden Sticks challenged players with replicas of golf’s greatest tests, and the league responded with grit and flair. Alex (72), Terence (74), Nick (75), Mitch (77), Ryan T (82), Jeff (86), and Jean Luc (83) emerged as the week’s standout performers, proving that even on holes inspired by legends, the Dream Golf League continues to write its own history.
