DGL Spring 2026 – Week 5 Highlights (TPC Louisiana)
Birdies, bounce‑backs, and one man firing a 65 like he was late for dinner
TPC Louisiana played softer than Augusta but still demanded precision. Some players answered the call. Others… well, they answered something, but it definitely wasn’t the call.
Todd and Alex Steal the Show
Todd – 67
Five birdies, seven greens, eight fairways, and the look of a man who has decided he’s simply not losing anymore. Todd is now officially on a heater. Someone check his controller batteries.
Alex – 65
Eight birdies. Thirteen greens. Zero fear. Alex didn’t just go low — he went “Did we accidentally play the forward tees?” low.
These two didn’t just separate from the field. They filed for emancipation.
Terence Stays in the Fight
73 with six greens and eight fairways. Not his best, not his worst — just classic Terence “I’ll be here all season” energy.
Phil and Kevin Keep the Pressure On
Phil – 71 (five birdies, eight greens)
Kevin – 72 (three birdies, ten greens)
Both continue to look like playoff locks. Both also continue to look allergic to bad rounds.
Tim and Vince Stay Solid
Tim – 79
Vince – 80
Not flashy, but Harbour Town and Augusta have already taught us: sometimes “not flashy” is a blessing.
The 82 Club Welcomes New Members
A very exclusive club this week, featuring:
Ryan A – 82
Josh – 82
Ryan B – 82
Three guys, same score, same vibe: “Not great, not terrible, please don’t talk to me about my putting.”
TPC Louisiana Claims Its Victims
Some rounds were… character‑building.
Tom – 95
Bjorn – 97
Hong – 98
Ted – 93
Sonny – 91
Jeff – 89
Ed – 88
TPC Louisiana didn’t just bite — it chewed, swallowed, and asked for seconds.
